PuzzForge

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026. This Policy explains how PuzzForge ("we", "us") handles your information when you use our website and tools (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

We collect account data (such as your name and email) when you sign up; the content you create or upload; and basic usage data (such as which generators are used and anonymous activity events) to operate and improve the Service. If you contact us, we keep the messages you send.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, save and sync your projects, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and understand how the Service is used. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Storage and processing

Your data is stored and processed by our infrastructure providers — including Supabase (database, authentication and storage) and our hosting provider — who act on our behalf under their own security and data-protection measures. Data may be processed on servers located outside your country.

4. Third-party services

When you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; PayPal handles that information under its own privacy policy. We may also use providers for email delivery and, in the future, privacy-respecting analytics or advertising measurement. If we introduce advertising or third-party analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent where required and update this policy accordingly.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as theme and recent settings). These are necessary for the Service to work. Any non-essential cookies (such as advertising or analytics cookies) would only be set with your consent via our cookie notice.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws, including the right to request a copy of your data or to object to certain processing.

7. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records to comply with legal obligations.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults (such as teachers, parents and tutors) creating materials. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

10. Contact
