Is PuzzForge free to use?

Yes. You can create and download many printables for free. A Premium plan unlocks extra features like unlimited cloud projects, premium templates and watermark-free exports.

What can I create with it?

Word searches, crosswords, sudoku, mazes, word scrambles, missing letters, cryptograms, word matches, bingo cards, quizzes, worksheets, flashcards, calendars, certificates and coloring pages.

In what formats can I download?

Most generators export to print-ready PDF, plus PNG, JPG and SVG images sized perfectly for A4 printing.

Do I need any design skills?

Not at all. The generators handle layout, spacing and styling for you. You just add your content or let AI do it, then download.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026. These Terms govern your use of PuzzForge (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to create, customize and download printable materials. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Content and ownership

Printables you generate from your own inputs are yours to use, including for personal and classroom purposes. Gallery items (such as coloring pages) may be subject to specific usage terms, including Premium restrictions. You may not redistribute or resell Premium content unless expressly permitted.

4. Free and Premium plans

PuzzForge offers a free plan and one or more paid plans ("Premium"). The features included in each plan, and their prices, are shown on the pricing page. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the price of a billing period you have already paid for.

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed through our third-party payment provider (PayPal). By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. All fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any taxes, which may be added where required by law.

6. Subscription renewals and cancellation

If your plan is offered as a recurring subscription (for example, monthly or yearly), it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through your PayPal account. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period, after which your account returns to the free plan. We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled by our payment provider.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is active, except where a refund is required by applicable law (for example, certain statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the European Union). If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge via our contact page and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Free trials and promotions

We may occasionally offer free trials, discounts or promotional codes. Unless stated otherwise, these are limited-time and single-use, cannot be combined, and have no cash value. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable fee will apply at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful or offensive, or that violates the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

11. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
